Sabrina's Café - Collingswood: A New American Breakfast & Brunch Experience

Some of the best food I’ve had in a minute!!! Everything was so fresh and packed with flavor. The vibes were cozy, the service was on point, and honestly… I’m already planning my next trip back. If you haven’t been to Sabrina’s Cafe yet, do yourself a favor and go!!

Sabrina’s Cafe in Collingswood is always a brunch favorite. The BYOB option lets you enjoy with mimosas, and the food never disappoints—today’s shrimp and grits and eggs benedict were both delicious and fresh. Service is friendly and quick. If you want great brunch in Collingswood, this spot never lets me down.

We had a blast at this restaurant! The 15-minute wait on a busy Sunday morning flew by, especially with their cool 360 camera to play with . The food? 10/10! I devoured the shrimp and grits, while my boyfriend loved the Huevos rancheros. And don't even get us started on the cinnamon bun pancakes... we'll be back for sure!

I really enjoyed this place. The cafe is huge and it is beautiful inside. Love the ambiance. We went at around 1:30pm and were served really quickly. The fries were good and my friend enjoyed her kimchi bowl. Recommend

Sabrina’s Café is one of the most reliable breakfast and brunch spots around! The food is always excellent, and the service is consistently quick and friendly. Be prepared for a wait on weekends- (anywhere from 15 minutes to an hour). but it’s absolutely worth it. The portions are huge, and I always end up taking leftovers home. The prices are fair for the quality and amount of food you get. A perfect place to start your day, and I’ll definitely keep coming back. Highly recommend this and their other Philly locations!

Love love love this restaurant they are vibrant attentive and inclusive. The space feels like you’re eating in the comfort of friends and family. I ordered a pumpkin spice latte which they made extra pretty for me (it’s the little things) and the huevos ranchos which were absolutely delicious. We even asked for coloring pages and they happily obliged. Go with a friend you’ll always be treated so well!

This was out 2nd visit. We went today on Valentines. We had a wait but it went pretty fast. Food and service was great just like the first. Portions are a nice size and you definitely leave full.

We went there on Sunday and it was very crowded. We got in line 1 hr before, so we waited an hour for the table as we were a party of 10 people. Food is amazing and portion sizes are massive, I would say. We were filled beyond capacity and we did order stuffed French toast and banana pudding for the table and everyone liked that. For milk alternatives they didn’t have much options. So I did the cinnamon chai tea latte and it was a bit too sweet for my taste. But the Vegan Philly cheesesteak was amazing, a bit salty though but freakishly amazing! Washrooms were clean and servers were nice and polite, in a hurry though. Parking is somewhat hard to find- as there’s street parking. So we parked couple blocks away. Overall a nice experience and would the vibes. Not many vegan options though. But I loved the cheesesteak!
